House rules

1. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not admitted.
2. Food and drink from outside the complex are not allowed.
3. Balloons, confetti and other plastic decorations are not allowed in the complex.
4. Pets are allowed in the complex only on a lead and in line with the legal rules on muzzles, size and breed category.
5. Keeping the premises clean and respecting hygiene rules is compulsory.
6. Swimwear and indecent clothing are not permitted in the terrace area.
7. The terrace is walk-in; last kitchen orders are taken at 22:30 and last bar orders at 23:30.
8. Only guests who have paid the applicable entry fee may use the pool area.
9. In the pool area the proper equipment is compulsory: swimwear (not cotton), flip-flops, towel. Nudity, topless and indecent attire are forbidden.
10. A shower before entering the pool is compulsory.
11. Eating or drinking in or near the pool is forbidden.
12. No running, reckless play at the pool edge, jumping into the water or ball games.
13. Gambling is forbidden on the premises.
14. Unsupervised diving is not recommended.
15. Urinating in the pool is forbidden. Anyone doing so will be charged for changing the pool water and for compensating the other guests present.
16. Persons with open wounds, dermatitis, skin conditions or transmissible diseases may not enter the pool. Hidden, undeclared health conditions release Piscina Floreasca from any liability.
17. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
18. Loose hair is not permitted in the pool (tie hair back or wear a swim cap).
19. Children under 18 may use the pool only accompanied and supervised by parents/guardians. Unaccompanied or unsupervised access is strictly forbidden. Parents or accompanying adults take personal responsibility for children on the premises.
20. Children under 3 may enter the pool only in waterproof swim nappies.
21. Children aged 3 to 6 may enter the pool only with armbands or inflatable vests.
22. Rings, mattresses, toys and other inflatables are not allowed in the complex.
23. Sunbathing only in the designated areas. Sunbeds may not be moved.
24. Throwing objects into the pool (e.g. chewing gum, plastic cups) is forbidden.
25. Damage to the complex's property will be charged to those responsible.
26. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended, forgotten or lost.
27. Obscene or offensive language, indecent gestures, violence and any behaviour affecting the comfort and safety of guests and staff are forbidden.
28. Filming or photography without a special agreement with management is forbidden.
29. Persons breaking these rules will be removed and, on repeat offences, barred from the complex.
30. The complex is video-monitored in the legally permitted areas.
31. Access to the premises outside opening hours is strictly forbidden.
